- Certification Details
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert National, and other certifications as indicated for specific roles.
- All certifications must be from ARC, AHA, or United States Department of Defense only as required.
- Some certifications have specific conditions such as being required for RRT or Labor & Delivery.

- Specialty: Clinical Support Technician
- This position deals more with administrative work as they do not have contact with patients. The candidate will deal with patient information - kind of like IT information. The employees who we do have in this department are all licensed RNs.
- Extensive EPIC experience and getting users going with that system is necessary.
- The position is also called Clinical Informaticist, with troubleshooting ability required.
- Travel experience is not required, first-time travelers accepted.
- 1+ year of experience required.

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze information and functional needs.
- Collaborate with vendor(s) and subject matter experts to align business and technical solutions analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Facilitate the use of technology by the end user while ensuring that the software system is performing at its highest level.
- Strong computer skills, including online navigation and research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as: Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work independently to carry out work efforts.
- Strong leadership skills.
- RN license required
- Schedule Information
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Travel requirements: Monthly travel between Pullman, Moscow, and Palouse clinics.
- Unit Specific Information
- The clinical informatics team leads the education and support of clinical systems across the inpatient and ambulatory settings.
- Additional Details
- Proof of I9 or Attestation is required.
- Government issued photo ID required to be carried on person during hours of service to client.
- Proof of Everify or Attestation is necessary.
- Residency Declaration Form may be required if nurse is working on a compact license.
