Why We Have This Role
We need an Account Executive who will own the Philippines patch from our Singapore office and help mid-market organisations accelerate their experience management (XM) maturity. Using Qualtrics' ready-to-deploy XM SaaS platform, you'll partner directly with commercial customers to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes. You'll work with client stakeholders (from champions to senior executives) and internal teams—solutions consultants, customer success, partners and sales ops—to drive strategy, adoption and value realisation that expand our footprint in the region.How You'll Find Success

Things You'll Do
- Win new logos and grow revenue in the Philippines commercial/mid-market segment — prospect, qualify, and close a defined list of target accounts.
- Deliver account plans that drive pipeline and closures — build power maps, demand generation approaches and tailored closing strategies for each target.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders — guide customers from initial discovery through procurement and handover to customer success.
- Coordinate internal resources to create winning proposals — partner with solutions consultants, sales ops, legal and finance to align pricing, scope and implementation.
- Maintain market and competitive insight — apply product, AI and industry knowledge to position Qualtrics solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end — from outreach and demos to negotiation, contracting and post-sale alignment.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Proven success in SaaS or technology sales, ideally 5-10 years in commercial/mid-market roles (or equivalent demonstrated results).
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building a qualified pipeline.
- Experience selling into Marketing, HR or other enterprise functions that use experience data.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills; comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to close complex deals.
- Experience operating in Southeast Asian markets and sensitivity to cross-cultural business dynamics.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
