Director of Marketing Technology

We need a visionary leader to oversee our marketing technology ecosystem and drive operational excellence. This role will leverage technological innovation, particularly AI, to transform how we engage with prospects and customers. By aligning marketing strategy with technological advancements, this position will play a critical role in delivering personalized and data-driven customer experiences at scale. - Partner with leadership to align technology investments with business outcomes
- Architect and manage our end-to-end marketing technology stack
- Lead implementation of generative AI solutions to enhance content creation, personalization, and campaign execution
- Oversee the building and maintenance of data flows between marketing systems and our broader technology ecosystem
- Drive marketing automation strategy to improve campaign velocity and effectiveness
- Oversee marketing operations governance, including documentation and best practices
- Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology and operations roles
- Demonstrated expertise with Marketo and marketing automation platforms
- Track record of building and managing integrated marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives
- Team leadership and development experience
- Experience implementing and working with generative AI for marketing applications
- Salesforce administration background
- Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (Marketo Certified Expert, etc.)
- Background in SaaS or enterprise technology marketing
- Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
