  Senior Manager, Marketing Operations   Why We Have This Role   Marketing Operations is the organization that powers the marketing department at Qualtrics. With a marketing organization that spans multiple departments such as Digital, Field, Analytics, Customer (and more!), your mission will be to ensure the marketing department has the right technology and operational processes to drive sophisticated marketing strategies. This role goes beyond marketing as you will provide strategic guidance that informs the company's go-to-market tech stack and scale out the technological richness across the company. As a people leader, you will cultivate a team of experts, empowering them to push the boundaries of what's possible while driving measurable results. Your influential position will interface directly senior marketing, go-to-market operations and IT leadership, providing insightful recommendations that underpin our marketing success and fuel market expansion.   How You'll Find Success   You'll know you're doing an excellent job when you achieve strategic alignment and efficiency of your team's output, their mastery of our marketing tech stack, and create systems that fuel a cohesive marketing department. We expect that within your first year, you will have revolutionized how marketing operates into a unified engine, inclusive of customer marketing, partner marketing, field and demand marketing, digital, and more. With your experience in Marketing operations and MarTech, you'll possess the ability to identify key operational needs, translate it into technological and process needs, and build plans of action. Communication is your forte; you converse fluently with data scientists and marketing and sales leaders alike. Proactive project management is second nature to you, ensuring the timely delivery of initiatives that solve complex marketing problems creatively and effectively.   How You'll Grow   You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, providing you with the day-to-day challenge of solving complex problems in an ever-evolving landscape. As you steer our operations toward success, you'll master the art of strategic decision-making and analytic problem-solving while navigating complex company systems. Your leadership role will involve coaching and developing a team, guiding your team towards operational excellence and foster their professional development. You will drive innovation and find efficiencies for your team and the marketing organization by the testing and introduction of new technologies, AI, and more.   Things You'll Do
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing operations professionals spread across global locations, managing their performance, development, and productivity.
  • Manage the Marketing Technology Strategy by evaluating, selecting and overseeing the integration of various technology solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization
  • Manage the Campaign Operations team, responsible for ensuring all campaign components and daily activities are completed for marketing partners across the globe
  • Optimize the existing marketing technology stack to improve performance, find efficiencies, and drive ROI
  • Lead the management of marketing operations processes across the organization, educating and enforcing best practices to streamline workflows and drive alignment to organizational goals
  • Stay updated with the latest in marketing technology, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions where appropriate.
  • Drive continual optimization of the marketing automation processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and marketing outcomes.
  • Maintain, monitor and improve integrations between marketing technologies and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Strengthen relationships with key MarTech vendors and partners to leverage available tools to their full potential; Manage all relationships with both internal and external vendors and stakeholders
  • Drive partnership with the Analytics department to ensure synergies between data collected and actioned; Drive partnership within the go-to-market operations and IT teams to ensure technology is scaled across the business
  What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • 12+ years of marketing experience with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role managing marketing analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of People Management experience, managing remote and culturally diverse teams with proven leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Strong proficiency with B2B marketing technology a must-have, including platforms such as Marketo, LeanData, HighTouch, 6sense, Cvent, Splash and more. Familiarity with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present data-driven narratives to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management acumen and the capacity to balance strategic long-term goals with immediate marketing needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.

  • You will routinely align with every marketing function to understand needs and optimize tactics based on data-driven insights. You will partner closely with the Analytics function to ensure efficiencies are driving towards the best outcomes.
  • You'll brainstorm with your global team on new technology, data needs, automation, and more. You'll be responsible for driving the personalization engine, as well as finding areas to leverage AI across the business. The ideal outcome for the entire team is to craft marketing experiences that meet the customer in their journey through expertly-crafted, tailored experiences. The MarTech stack you own will be critical in driving efficiency and results across the marketing organization.
