Senior Product Manager- Foundation Data Platform

- Own part of the data platform portfolio of streaming data and data preparation tools.
- To innovate in the realm of data architecture, data pipelines and user interfaces for data management to enable robust analytic and AI powered features.
- Enable all brands to enhance customer experiences by providing accessible omni channel understanding which drive business actions to improve experiences.

How You'll Find Success
- Build a deep understanding and empathy of user personas and workflows, translating insights into clearly defined product specifications that align with the overall product strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and analytics tools to make informed decisions and guide technical teams.
- Technical fluency in discussing APIs, infrastructure, and developer tools, and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions.
- Leverage data analysis, even in areas where data may not be immediately available, to define product goals, measure platform adoption, and inform feature prioritization.

- By projects that directly contribute to the objectives for Qualtrics by enabling data platform capabilities which enable strategic solutions.
- Enhancing leadership skills through the ownership of high-impact projects and cross-team collaboration.
- Expanding the capabilities of data pipeline & data management tools and platforms to unlock new analytic capabilities and AI powered features.
- Working on building agentic capabilities into the survey taking experience.
Things You'll Do
- Lead the engineering and design teams to plan, develop, and deliver new features and enhancements of data pipeline and data management tools.
- Drive the design for complex, interconnected systems that scale across products, teams, and business processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
- Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage analytics to inform feature prioritization and product improvements.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software.
- 4-7 years of product management experience.
- Experience building and scaling customer-facing analytics, data warehouses/data lakes or insights products.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
