We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team at a well-loved and private OBGYN practice. We have a major focus on obstetrics and work up to our diplomas by providing support to community midwives, offering consultations and accepting transfers. In addition, we are equipped to do office procedures such as LEEP cone biopsy, manual vacuum aspiration, colposcopy, and ultrasound. The practice is supported currently by one board-certified OB/GYN physician and two midwives in addition to a sonographer and a well-trained and patient-focused staff. We are an Athenahealth practice with built in charting, practice management, and patient portal.
We are seeking a Board-certified/Board eligible OBGYN who values professional autonomy and who is willing to work in what is currently a solo practice, developing there own practice style without the burdens of assembling a team or office from the ground up. If you have never been part of managing a practice, learn the ropes now from an experienced mentor, from billing to human resources to compliance, to secure your autonomous future. It is all very possible!.
The upside reward opportunity is substantial and directly tied to one's level of dedication and work ethic. In addition to a competitive base salary, a successful candidate will have the chance to earn productivity and performance bonuses. Eventual transition to practice ownership should be part of a successful candidate's plan.
