
Description
Summary:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for billing assigned customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Work with sales, credit, and customers to ensure accounts are billed according to customer requirements while maintaining internal controls standards.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare billing information and supports the accuracy and efficiency of billing process
- Bill customers in a variety of websites and reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Review payments as needed for accuracy and helps to reconcile customers payments with cash applications
- Take appropriate action with delinquent accounts and helps customers with billing issues
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School or GED - Required
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong focus on customer service skills
