Richardson's UK operations encompass oat milling, malting, animal feed and ingredient processing. Operating under Richardson Oat Milling, Crisp Malt, EDME, and Micronized Food Products (MFP), Richardson supplies the domestic and international food, brewing, and distilling industries.  

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Administrator at our Crisp Malt, Great Ryburgh location. 

The Sales Ops Administrator is responsible for the processing and coordination of sales orders dispatching from CMUK sites, whilst delivering outstanding customer service internally and externally.

Key Duties and responsibilities

  • Order Administration – taking orders and processing them onto our system (MFS) in a timely manner. Keep customers informed between placing their order and delivery.

  • Contract Maintenance – liaising with sales representatives to ensure sales contract details are up to date and accurate as these have a knock-on effect in the order process.

  • CRM Maintenance and Complaints Reporting – Update customer records and log complaints in our CRM system (HubSpot) quickly and accurately.

  • Invoicing & Credit notes – ensuring documentation is sent out in a timely manner. Monitoring overdue accounts and following the “on-hold” procedure. 

  • Month-end Administration – customer statements and ensuring open orders are closed on time.

  • Transport Coordination – liaise with Transport department to achieve customer's requested delivery date with correct equipment.

  • Customer Service – provide industry leading customer service to all our customers. Answer calls quickly and respond to any effectively handle any problems.
