Summary

RNDC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager to become a valuable part of our team. In this role, the Account Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the activities of a specific chain within the state. Serving as a bridge between our company and all our suppliers, the Account Manager is instrumental in fostering mutually advantageous relationships, devising strategic chain account sales, marketing plans, and collaborative initiatives. 

In this role, you will
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the activities of a designated chain within the state, ensuring a seamless flow of operations and services. 
  • Act as a liaison between RNDC and our diverse network of suppliers, cultivating strong and mutually beneficial relationships. 
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and execute effective chain account sales strategies that drive growth and success for all parties involved. 
  • Craft innovative marketing plans and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the chain, ensuring maximum market impact. 
  • Build and nurture productive relationships with suppliers, chains, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and achieving common goals. 
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred;  
  • three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Some statewide travel required. 25%. 
  • Requires a current state driver's license 
  • Ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements. 
  • Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state
