Position: Manager, Field Marketing Programs (FMPM)
As a Manager, Field Marketing Programs, you'll play a key role in driving the execution of marketing initiatives across retail locations. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, including store remodels, product resets, equipment upgrades, and merchandising strategies. Your expertise in project management and financials will be critical as you work with cross-functional teams and monitor the execution of marketing programs that impact our store performance.
What You'll Do:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Facilities Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of store projects.
- Store Visits: Conduct regular store site visits to assess project execution, recommend improvements, and ensure marketing programs are aligned with overall business goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges in-store execution, collaborate with teams to address issues, and proactively ensure deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, field marketing, or retail operations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to read, analyze, and understand CapEx and P&L reports.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
- Retail experience in merchandising, store resets, or convenience store industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively work with internal teams and external vendors.
