Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Ambulatory Services - Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 37.5 FTE: 0.9375 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: The Clinical Center Associate Trainee will be taught to be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking in patients, verifying demographic information, and collecting copays. This role ensures effective communication with patients and staff while upholding departmental policies, procedures, and compliance standards. The position also supports departmental operations through accurate documentation, report preparation, and participation in meetings. Commitment to ongoing professional development is expected through educational programs, in-service sessions, and quality improvement initiatives. This is a trainee position will be he Patient Services Representative is responsible for scheduling appointments, checking in patients, verifying demographic information, and collecting copays. Education and Experience
High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
