Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for both driving and leading teams? Ryder is looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor with a valid Class 1 license to lead and support our growing team. What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of drivers and logistics staff.
• Operate commercial vehicles as needed, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, compliance, and safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.

What You Need:

• Valid Class 1 driver's license.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
