Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for both driving and leading teams? Ryder is looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor with a valid Class 1 license to lead and support our growing team. This role combines driving with frontline leadership - perfect for someone who thrives on the road and enjoys guiding others to success in a leadership capacity.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of drivers and logistics staff.
- Operate commercial vehicles as needed, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, compliance, and safety protocols.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
What You Need:
- Valid Class 1 driver's license.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
