About the Position:
Facility Maintenance Employee is primarily responsible for performing all tasks related to facility maintenance such as Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building etc.
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Work Type: Full-time Permanent
Location: Mobile, traveling within Ontario as per business needs
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day(working hours can be discussed)

Responsibilities
- General facility repairs (Repairing and painting doors, windows, walls, assembling furniture, power washing shop floors etc.)
- Landscaping (cutting grass, salt walkways, using snow blower, tidy up parking lot and yard, disposing scrap metal and palettes).
- Traveling to other branches for doing maintenance projects
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities
- Able to travel to different locations.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates customer service skills.
- Able to understand customer's verbal communication.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Understand computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Must have basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
Qualifications
- A Valid Driver's license Required (Class G at least).
- H.S. diploma/GED preferred.
- Three (3) years or more of related work experience, preferred.

Compensation Information :
