SAIC is seeking a top-notch Acquisition Cost Analyst to join our talented team at Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a number of acquisition selections, awards, and modifications and must remain conflict free. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide detailed costs estimates via industry accepted methods and life cycle analysis for ongoing and future acquisitions of various sizes and complexity to support Government planning.  The estimates will vary in fidelity and maturity depending upon where in the acquisition cycle they are.

  • Develop and deliver cost analysis, market research, and contract data requirements for the purpose of Government analysis and decision making.

  • Create, review, revise, advise, and support on Government acquisition activities.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of demonstrated experience.
    • Note: Related professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Related experience includes: developing cost estimates, collecting data, developing models in support of labor support services contracts and acquisition activities, acquisition support, and/or design and construction cost estimating. 
  • Demonstrated business operations skills associated with strategic planning, budget programming and planning, and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a Government-led team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the client.
