SAIC is seeking an Administrative and Logistics Analyst to support the IT Service Management effort for USTRANSCOM located at Scott Air Force Base (AFB) in Illinois approximately 20 miles from St. Louis, MO. The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract provides strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command's infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6).
This position will require technical acumen to assist the Program Management Team to oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary program in an innovative, dynamic, and dispersed work environment. Ability to articulate and communicate across all levels of program personnel up to and including senior executives. This program includes IT Service Delivery, Engineering/Design, Integration and procurement of materials, the ideal candidate will have experience in oversee planning, coordination, and execution to deliver on budget within schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with Management and the Program's Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of staff from a security perspective
· Coordinate with sub-contractor companies and their management to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of staff.
· Process badge requests for Common Access Card and building/site access, and accounts for JWICS, NIPR, SIPR, and unclassified and elevated accounts
· Provides administrative support to the Program Management team and contract personnel by handling a variety of tasks that primarily include managing and distributing information and supplies/equipment within the office to increase team efficiency and ensure productive interactions
· Sends and receives correspondence on behalf of managers and contract employees
· Develops memos, reports, and meeting minutes, and maintains an archive of relevant files for the team
· Manage and Monitor Training requirements for all contract personnel
· Prepares meeting presentation packages and coordinates facility setup and hospitality items/tasks
· Takes meeting minutes and publishes to respective attendees assigned
· Supports coordination, procurement, distribution, and use of equipment and supplies
· Assists contract personnel in completing travel authorization forms, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports and reimbursements, as well as creating and submitting post-travel, contract-required Trip Reports
· Coordinates with Program Control Analysts to ensure availability of travel funds, estimate travel expenses for authorization forms, calculate actual costs for inclusion in Trip Reports, and maintain a travel log/summary
· Provide personnel support for all contract employees and management
· Maintain and update all rosters and staffing information
This position is Monday through Friday, normal business hours.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· BA/BS
· Five (5) years of experience.
· Must have an active Secret security clearance.
· ITIL V4 Foundations certification (within 60 days).
· Experience with complex technical programs to include design, production, fielding, and training.
· Staff tracking, procurement, logistics and/or asset management experience.
Desired Qualifications:
· MA/MS
· Active Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
