SAIC is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative oversight and operational support to the Executive Vice President for the Army Navy Group (ANG). This individual will manage multifunctional administrative services, oversee operational processes, and ensure seamless executive support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, administrative expertise, and the ability to interface effectively with senior-level executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and oversee the responsibilities and activities supporting the EVP's office, including but not limited to office services, travel arrangements, special projects, and deliverable data management.
• Supervise subordinate management or experienced specialist employees, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and manage operational policies, procedures, and work plans to ensure efficient workflow, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company-wide objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the EVP's office, senior management, internal departments, and external stakeholders/customers in high-level engagement, project updates, and operational decision coordination.
• Lead the organization and execution of all office service functions, such as mail distribution, facility coordination, office supply implementation, communication systems, and reception services.
• Oversee travel management support for executives, including scheduling and securing domestic and international business travel and accommodations. Address and resolve any travel-related conflicts efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze complex challenges and key deliverable requirements, ensuring the identification, production, and distribution of deliverables meet deadlines and expectations.
• Collaborate on budget development, schedules, and performance metrics for administrative goals in alignment with organizational standards and priorities.
• Interact with senior-level stakeholders on critical business initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and seamless communication.
• Conduct regular briefings and represent the EVP's office in high-visibility technical meetings, providing updates and direction to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 7+ years of experience in high-level executive administrative support and other like positions, with progressive responsibility managing administrative operations and personnel.
• Experience overseeing corporate services such as office operations, facility management, travel coordination, and executive support services.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective operational workflows and performance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills with a professional ability to interface with executive leadership and external customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make high-impact decisions, and ensure operational alignment with company goals and objectives.

Must have Secret Clearance
 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with government contract deliverables and supporting ANG or Department of Defense missions.
• Strong technical proficiency in project management tools, office software systems, and enterprise communication platforms.
 

Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where discretion, professionalism, and flexibility are critical.
• Occasional travel may be required to accompany or support executive engagements.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
