SAIC is seeking an experienced Cloud Integration Manager to provide enterprise-level technical leadership and technical integration in support of the Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System. This role serves as the operational execution lead across core functional areas and acts as a secondary Weapon System Manager (WSM). The selected candidate will report directly to the IPT Lead and work together to ensure stakeholder requirements are prioritized, aligned, and executed in support of mission objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with prioritization of day-to-day operational work across all AppTX functional areas.
- Assist with development and review and/or facilitation of engineering efforts, design/engineering drawings and system documentation.
- Act as a secondary WSM supporting overall weapon system sustainment and modernization efforts.
- Establishes and documents improvement measures, to avoid an adverse effect on current and future operations.
- Recommends new approaches to efficiently and effectively coordinate and execute support, training, and exercise programs.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements and client expectations are met.
- Assist in the development of AOC systems significant events calendar and long-term schedule of events.
- Assist in managing the coordination of trouble tickets from creation through resolution.
- Assist in managing the control and operation of supporting communications systems and hardware.
- Manage the creation/deletion of user system accounts and control system access across all AWS enclaves, as well as manage/coordinate user token account request.
- Lead the execution of regularly scheduled maintenance plan and coordinate on required system outages.
- Prepare and present briefings to Government leadership.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Serve as the decision authority when delegated by the IPT Lead.
- Apply critical thinking skills in a challenging and fast paced environment to resolve customer priorities.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance, and eligible to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of or experience with JIRA Service Desk (JSD) Trouble Ticket Reporting.
- Ability to acquire Security+ certification.
- Knowledge of or experience with AGILE processes and procedures.
- Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in an Air Operations Center (AOC) and general understanding of AOC processes and procedures in support of execution of the Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO).
- Familiar with AOC C2 systems, their operational use and function
