SAIC is seeking a full-time CPSA Site Lead for the III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) team supporting Marine Corps Forces in Okinawa, Japan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Selected candidate will lead the III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) C2 SME team supporting Marine Corps Forces located on Okinawa, Japan.
Candidate must be able to travel/deploy with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary.
Support will be provided for current and future Marine Corps C2 systems to include the Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Server (TCS), Tactical COP Workstation (TCW), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)/Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Agile Server/Client, and Tactical Assault Kit (TAK). Experience with COP administration / management, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Effects Management Tool (EMT), and Blue Force Tracker (BFT) devices is a plus.
A thorough knowledge of Marine Corps tactics and unit composition is an important asset for this position, as is an understanding of networking and Information Assurance (IA).
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in a technical science (engineering, computer science, math) and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience. Fourteen (14) years of experience accepted in leu of a degree.
Level II IA Workforce Improvement Certifications.
Required Security Clearance:
US Citizen with an Active Secret Level Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI.
