SAIC is actively seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Instructor to enhance our cyber threat intelligence courses in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Positioned at Little Rock Air Force Base, you will join a team passionate about instructing Air Force Mission Defense Teams (MDT) / Mission Assurance Cyber Coordination Elements (MACCE) tasked with protecting our nation's critical infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site instruction for cyber threat intelligence courses, including development and execution of curriculum throughout the year.
- Provide expert coaching, teaching, and assessment for students in alignment with Air Force MDT/MACCE and cyber defense curriculum, including offering feedback and progress reporting.
- Actively participate in the evaluation of course material, suggesting updates and corrections to enhance the learning experience.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow instructors and staff to develop, refine, and update course materials as per customer requirements.
- Effectively utilize labs in course instruction, coordinating with range engineers as needed to support dynamic, hands-on learning environments.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and related governing laws and regulations
- Experience utilizing the Intelligence Lifecycle to produce products
- Knowledge of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE)
- Experience creating Priority Intelligence Requirements and Essential Elements of Information (PIRs and EEIs)
- Experience performing research utilizing OSINT and/or research utilizing classified systems to support operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cyber threat actors and attack vectors
- Experience using intrusion analysis models and frameworks to analyze IoCs and identify TTPs, producing effective intelligence products for cyberspace operations
- Knowledge of Cyberspace Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (C-IPOE)
- Prior experience in educational roles or instructional design is advantageous.
Clearance:
Candidate must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a full TS/SCI clearance.
