This role is an ideal fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, creative execution, and strategic thinking. This opportunity is 100% remote for the right candidate. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
● Partner with the Senior Manager and Director to execute marketing strategies that support high-priority government pursuits across SAIC.
● Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure smooth day-to-day execution across campaigns.
● Act as the day-to-day liaison for internal senior stakeholders—building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless, responsive, and positive collaboration experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
● Serve as the central project manager for marketing initiatives—tracking deadlines, organizing inputs, and coordinating reviews between internal stakeholders and agency partners.
● Provide strategic input into messaging and content strategies, helping to shape how customer insights and solution differentiators are expressed across marketing assets.
● Help organize and support creative development for presentations, videos, digital assets, and customer-facing deliverables.
● Assist with preparation for design-thinking workshops and insight-driven marketing sessions.
● Maintain clear, proactive communication across cross-functional teams to align expectations and support smooth execution.
● Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resourcing needs for assigned pursuits.
● Ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand, and compliance standards.
● Champion the value of marketing within pursuit teams by educating internal stakeholders on creative, messaging, and customer engagement best practices.
● Stay on top of relevant marketing trends, government procurement cycles, and competitor positioning—and regularly present key insights back to the team to inform execution and guide strategic decisions.
● Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve scalability by recommending tools, templates, and workflows that enhance team efficiency.
● Experiment with and advocate for the use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation tools, collaborative platforms) to accelerate campaign development and amplify marketing impact
