Job Duties:

• Lead the design and development of innovative engineering solutions across multiple domains, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project requirements.
• Conduct MATLAB-style prototyping, integrating signal processing techniques and software engineering principles to create robust and scalable applications.
• Utilize embedded programming skills to perform system-level design, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex engineering systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and successful integration of various components.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies, continuously adapting and applying new knowledge to meet evolving project demands.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and five (5) years of relevant experience; Masters degree and three (3) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
