JOB DESCRIPTION
This position needs someone with mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical connectivity. Job duties include supervising all facets of the production process to ensure project success.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma and 3 or more years of experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; Interim Secret needed to start
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical connectivity
- Ability to manage a team in a production environment
- Capable of meeting stringent deadline schedules
- Ability to comprehend and execute specific work instruction
- Intermediate skill set using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Must be detail oriented and able to communicate ideas in a production floor environment.
- Effective verbal and written skills are essential, with ability to convey in proper sentence structure.
