SAIC is seeking motivated, intellectually curious early career professionals to join our Enterprise Business Development Growth organization as Growth Analysts. This is a unique opportunity to build a career at the intersection of strategy, writing, customer engagement, and organizational growth within the Chief Growth Office.
In this role, you will gather key competitive insights; analyzing market and competitive data to identify key strengths and weaknesses of SAIC competitors; support Growth's transformation to an AI-native organization and support the team in driving winning positioning, messaging, and innovation strategies. You will share insight through materials that will be used across the organization delivered both in-person and virtually. The position will have access to senior leaders and executives that will provide a great foundation for growth across the company!
The Growth Analyst is a self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and with teams, possessing a unique blend of technical, business, and strategic thinking skills. The Growth Analyst must have the ability to develop detailed analyses of customer buying patterns and work with Growth teams to identify compelling solutions to RFP requirements based on research.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Consolidate and organize internal and customer artifacts related to specific government acquisitions.
- Gather information on competitors from multiple external and internal sources, including third party research, Win/Loss data, and publicly available material.
- Apply critical thinking and analysis to competitive knowledge to generate new insights reflected in high-impact materials, messaging, and strategies.
- Collaborate with Capture Teams, Business Groups, Competitive Intelligence, Proposal Center, and Position to Win team members to enable company success over competitors.
- Provide an objective perspective on strengths and weaknesses based on research.
- Synthesize data into actionable analysis and risk reduction recommendations.
- Support the streamlining and automation of Growth Office processes and procedures to better support the BD, Capture, and Proposal phases supporting the growth of the company.
- Support data entry and data quality in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Oversee BD SharePoint site(s) to enable Knowledge Management.
- Support the Proposal Center across active proposal efforts including, past performance research, resume tailoring to align with RFP requirements, compliance matrix development, and proposal coordination.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree. We welcome candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, History, and other disciplines that develop strong writers, critical thinkers, and communicators.
- Demonstrated strong writing skills through academic work, professional experience, extracurricular activities, or personal projects.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional or academic context.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Strong data consolidation, organization, and analysis skills.
- The ability to perform competitive intelligence and market research.
- Must demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to adapt effectively to change in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time sensitive and often multi-tasking environment.
Preferred:
- Prior internship, research, or work experience in a professional environment where you produced written work or supported a team.
- Leadership or initiative in a student organization, competitive team, research project, or community activity.
LOCATION:
- This position has a hybrid work location which will allow some remote work, with requirements for the individual to work in Reston, VA area and ability to travel to other locations within the US on an occasional basis.
CLEARANCE:
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
