SAIC is seeking an experienced I2 Information Systems Manager to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program. The position provides technical assistance to manage (process not people) end-to-end program lifecycle for the Government in the Integrated Intelligence Systems Program Office, and will be in Chantilly, VA. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
LANDMARK AOS is SAIC's Prime SETA program, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle
As the I2 Information Systems Manager, you will provide specialized expertise supporting the acquisition, delivery and operation of multi-source intelligence (multi-INT) software services. SAIC's client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation and information sharing. You will assist and advise Government managers responsible for acquisition and operation of a variety of Cloud-based developments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Program Management Office (PMO) information and collaboration spaces (Confluence, Jira, Share Drives, Intelink/Intellipedia, etc.) ensuring currency of information for a rapidly evolving set of capabilities.
- Coordinate with content owners and CCMD, IC and DoD stakeholders to ensure all documentation is in place to satisfy program requirements.
- Gain and demonstrate deep understanding of the supported programs to enable execution of overview briefings and demonstrations to a multitude of mission partners, DoD and IC leadership and other NRO visitors.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate individual and recurring events.
- Facilitate on-boarding for new government and SETA teammates, providing Group-specific permissions and accesses, and orientation to Group programs, processes and tools.
- Collect, edit and publish Weekly Activity Reports for the Group.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
- Knowledge related to managing information and data flow to ensure smooth performance of software development programs.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Jira (Including page administration, workflows and permissions)
- Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments.
- Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high-tempo environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
