SAIC is seeking a senior Information Sharing/Data Policy Manager to support an SAIC Intelligence customer's technology programs. The candidate will facilitate information sharing by managing and tracking the data used by the division and external customers, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure data compliance and adherence to data use restrictions. In this role, the candidate will regularly interface and coordinate with the Directorate leadership, legal/policy stakeholders, and data stewards on the use of various data sets for the technical programs and tools.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and exhibit strong organizational skills; have both excellent written and oral skills; be an effective communicator to negotiate and coordinate with data stewards and legal/policy stakeholders; and have a strong understanding of data sharing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing data catalogs and ensuring legal/policy compliance
- Tracking the status of data approvals, licensing requirements, data restrictions
- Identifying and prioritizing relevant data sources for the acquisition of data sets
- Negotiating with data stewards and coordinating with legal/policy stakeholders and mission partners
- Developing, managing, and tracking inter-agency and multi-domain sharing agreements
- Draft MOU's and MOA's
- Supporting auditing and data retention requirements and adhering to the rules and guidelines issued by the ODNI Office of Civil Liberties, Privacy and Transparency
- Briefing senior leadership and other stakeholders on the data information sharing status
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
- Bachelors and 14 years of experience
- 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency
- Experience with government outreach and facilitation
- Experience creating and executing Data Sharing agreements
- Knowledge of Integrated Data Lake and or Omni
- Excellent oral and written skills, with experience developing executive-level briefings
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of data sharing processes and procedures

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
