SAIC has an immediate need for a Information Systems Security Manager to support the U.S. Army Tactical Aviation & Ground Munitions team located onsite at Redstone Arsenal/Huntsville, AL.
The Information Systems Security Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Manage cybersecurity compliance and engineering activities for weapon systems.
- Coordinate and lead cybersecurity events to assess and maintain the security posture of major Army weapons platforms.
- Build and maintain eMASS records; develop complete RMF-based Authority to Operate (ATO) packages.
- Provide input to the development and engineering teams to support the secure design of system upgrades and modernization.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to embed cybersecurity early in the acquisition lifecycle.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must possess an active interim Secret security clearance to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity policies, risk management framework (RMF) processes, and compliance requirements to strengthen system security
- Experience in developing and submitting cybersecurity documentation
