SAIC is seeking an Infrastructure Team Product Owner to join our team in Boulder, CO to support an effort with US Space Force.

As the Infrastructure Team Product Owner, you will lead the execution of network engineering services for all Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Test and Analysis Program (TAP) Lab enclaves and their connections. This position is designated as a “key position” for the contract, underscoring its significance in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT network support.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Serve as the lead for executing IT Network Support resources provided under the BOSS contract.
  • Act as the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for Network IT support provided by this contract.
  • Lead efforts in the design and strategic planning of network infrastructure for OPIR TAP Lab enclaves.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of network components to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and maintain robust network security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Conduct continuous network monitoring and maintenance to ensure network reliability and performance.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to mitigate the impact of unforeseen events.
  • Ensure all network activities comply with relevant regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive network engineering services, including any standard industry support not explicitly listed.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 10 years of industry-related experience in network engineering, including design, installation, configuration, security, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage network engineering teams and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage stakeholders and team members.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory and policy compliance requirements for network operations.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
