SAIC is seeking an On-site IT Support Technician to support a large federal government agency. Employee will report on-site, at a secure government location during the day shift excluding weekends and holidays.
Work is onsite at multiple locations in the Washington, DC area.
Description of Duties:
- Interface with customers at an on-site location taking scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
- Assist customers with mobile device provisioning, activation, and enrollment.
- Assist customers with updating the operating system on Apple and Android devices.
- Troubleshoot GO virtual and GO browser issues and assist with logging in via PIV, and Citrix.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and eight (8) years of related experience with relevant certification
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and comply with data entry standards.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with experience working directly with end-users, including VIPs.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS and Android).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 workstations.
Required Clearance:
- US Citizenship.
- Active Secret Clearance.
