SAIC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Force Protection team as an Entry-Level Collaboration Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration using the latest technologies and best practices. You will be involved in creating and optimizing systems that facilitate the smooth flow of information across our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge management systems and collaboration tools.
• Support the creation and updating of documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in the selection and integration of collaboration tools to streamline workflows.
• Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies.
• Help train team members on new tools and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and manage user access permissions.
• Provide first-level technical support for knowledge management and collaboration systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address knowledge-sharing needs and bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and zero (0) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. 

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in knowledge management, collaboration technologies, process optimization and documentation.
• Basic understanding of content management systems, file structures, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar.
• Familiarity with knowledge management practices and data analysis.
• Some exposure to programming languages or scripting is a plus.

Clearance:

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an interim Secret clearance required to start.
