SAIC is seeking a talented Marketing and Communications (M&C) Sr. Manager to support the M&C organization during an exciting period of transformation. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly creative and evolving team, helping establish the operating rhythms, tools, and processes that enable marketing to execute with speed, clarity, and consistency.
In this role, you'll design and improve the systems that power day-to-day M&C execution—campaign planning, intake and prioritization, workflow management, cross-team coordination, and operational reporting. You will work closely with the CMO and her direct reports to strengthen alignment across the M&C team and with key stakeholders across the company.
This position reports to the SVP/Chief Marketing Officer and is part of her leadership team.
This role is remote with some required travel to the SAIC corporate office in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities
• Build and mature M&C operations practices that improve planning, execution, and delivery.
• Design and optimize processes including intake, prioritization, approvals, and workflows.
• Establish governance, standards, and operating cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Enable campaign execution through operational readiness.
• Provide leadership with operational updates, risks, and recommendations.
• Improve usage of marketing and communications tools and platforms.
• Create documentation, templates, and playbooks.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements.
• Advise, train, and mentor team members on operational best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience in M&C Operations
• Ability to build structure and governance across teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence as an individual contributor.
• High standards and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
