SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Surface and Aviation Solutions (SAS) team in support of the Navy Business Group. This role offers you the opportunity assist with critical program elements in a complex, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic environment. This program is poised to drive transformative advancements in electronic warfare to a multitude of government customers.
This is a Flex-Hybrid role in California, MD. Must be local to area.
Job Duties:
- Serve as a Program Management Office (PMO) Lead for a multi-tenant contract supporting multiple internal and external customers.
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and manage any deviations or adjustments as required.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop, track, and manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractually required data and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to compile and review CDRL submissions, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all CDRL submissions and related correspondence.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, clarify requirements, and resolve any issues related to CDRLs.
- Manage the procurement process for goods and services required for project execution, including equipment, materials, and subcontracted work.
- Monitor and track procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, status updates, and other communications to customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and properly archived.
- Support project teams in the execution of day-to-day tasks, helping to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and addressing concerns related to CDRLs, procurement, travel, and EWW requests.
Qualifications
Required Requirements:
- Bachelor's and Six (6) years or more of related experience
- Previous experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVY
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS Clearance
Desired Skills:
Prior experience developing, tracking, and managing Contract Data Requirements Lists
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
