Job Description:
- Serve as the senior-level Schedule Analyst for the SLS Program to provide integration, analysis, and assessments of Program and Element level schedules into a Program IMS. The IMS shall contain all network logic (i.e., predecessor and successors) of all element scope, activities, milestones, and actions for design, testing, production, and verification for SLS missions and other evolutionary SLS flight configurations as they mature. Assist SLS program/element management and personnel with facilitating analysis products for the weekly Program Operational and Performance Review.
- Provide development and integration of resource loaded IMS for all Element scope. The IMS shall contain all network logic (i.e., predecessor and successors), all element scope, and the resources required to complete the project.
- Collect status, update, and revise existing SLS program and project schedules monthly. Analyze schedule performance, identify critical paths, and make recommendations to the SLS Lead Scheduler and the NASA SLS PP&C Office. Conduct “health assessments” to ensure scheduling best practices are followed and update the one-page summary schedule using Milestones Professional software.
- Perform monthly reviews of the SLS Element prime contractors' schedules and report findings to NASA project management.
- Produce a monthly report documenting all findings, concerns, and recommendations to the NASA project manager.
- Develop and maintain the ESD Tri-Program IMS on the MS Project Server. In addition, support critical path analysis and report schedule performance monthly, as well as develop other detailed, logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules as needed. Support monthly schedule submissions to the ESD Program Schedule Assessment Team (PSAT).
- Develop SLS SE&I logic based detailed schedules. Develop SLS SE&I summary schedules. Develop SLS SE&I metrics. Attend SLS SE&I engineering and programmatic meetings to gather schedule status.
- Configure the application Microsoft Project Server access for end-users and manage server permissions.
- Monitor day-to-day server performance and project schedule integrity. Test new software as well as software updates and patches prior to implementation to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience
Required Experience:
- Provides effective and timely customer communications and coordination of contract activities.
- Responsible for front-end team organization, providing methodology and general project approaches/concepts assistance, managing contract mission and task order schedule and costs, and performing technical reviews of in-process and completed products.
- Responsible for the performance of all mission and IDIQ task order activities and requirements, and organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of these activities.
- Interacts with appropriate Government management personnel, other contractor managers, and customer representatives.
- Formulates and reviews strategic plans, subcontracting arrangements, and deliverables. Ensures compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Ensures coordination between subordinate personnel and all central management functions within the organization, and between those central management functions and appropriate Government personnel.
- Assigns, schedules, and reviews work of subordinates and takes appropriate action as necessary.
- Coordinates policies and activities with appropriate Government personnel.
- Possesses excellent technical review capabilities and the ability to manage and allocate/prioritize resources for simultaneous activities or projects.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated capability for dealing with all levels of management personnel, contractor managers, and customer representatives.
Desired Experience:
- Previous NASA experience is preferred

Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
