SAIC is seeking a Project Manager for a future program. Work will be performed on site in Bremerton, WA.
The Project Manager will support the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Program. This is a unique opportunity for those passionate about advancing the U.S. Navy's critical maintenance and operational capabilities. At the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, you will excel in a dynamic environment, supporting national security needs and contributing to advancements in digital networking technologies, disaster recovery operations, encryption, and comprehensive IT infrastructure (ITIL). Additionally, you'll play a key role in refining engineering solutions, enhancing cloud-based infrastructure services, and developing new tools and processes to further the US Navy's operational effectiveness.
This position is contingent upon award, anticipated announcement in Fall 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer; or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM.
- Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
- Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements.
Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
E
nsure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges.
- Support business development and program staff management.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience with project management duties, additional yrs of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
- Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to deadlines and budget constraints, coordinating resources and managing stakeholder expectations to achieve project goals.
Required Certification:
- PMP, Project Management Professional
Required Clearance:
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret clearance
Location: Must live in the local area, or be willing to relocate at the time of award (Note: No relocation funds are available)

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
