SAIC is seeking a Program Support Analyst to support our team in Washington D.C. Join SAIC's OneSETA Team to provide our government customer with Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support. SETA services range from providing administrative assistance to providing expert technical assistance on national efforts that will contribute to maintaining and expanding the capabilities of homeland security.

Onsite 2 days a week in DC

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls to include scheduling with internal and external stakeholders, conference rooms, and foreign national visitor clearances (as appropriate).
  • Provide OSAI applicant-support-line services by answering and responding to calls, retrieving, and responding to voicemail messages.
  • Provide responses to help tickets within 24-72 hours sent via the SAFETY Act Help Desk and coordinate with appropriate personnel to help close outstanding tickets.
  • Review and prepare pre-application and full application letters to include memoranda, final document packages, briefings, and other correspondence for technical accuracy.
  • Provide application approval to the appropriate OSAI case manager saving documents in the SAFETY Act Management System, providing quality assurance reviews, and completing special projects related to OSAI applications.
  • Ensure documents/materials are assembled, prepared, reviewed and approved by the Director/Deputy Director/Case Manager for applications, upcoming meetings, and site visits.
  • Coordinate the development of presentation materials, to include the preparation of webinars, PowerPoint slides, teleconference media, and other meetings as requested.
  • Provide expert ability to provide a high degree of writing skills, ability to work cooperatively with all audiences within the congressionally mandated application review timeline.
  • Use a variety of MS Office and project management applications, as well as other custom applications to perform agency-specific administrative tasks.
  • Provide thorough quality assurance reviews for all OSAI correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate and execute drop off and pick up of OSAI binders with OSAI IT Support and the Institute for Defense Analysis (IDA).
  • Work with applicants throughout the pre-application and application processes to facilitate their understanding of the qualifications needed for SAFETY Act protection.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication channels between OSAI, S&T Exec Sec, S&T leadership, and other OSAI stakeholders within and outside of S&T.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track evaluations to ensure completion within the timeframes set forth in the Final Rule.
  • Maintain documentation for all formal evaluation processes; assess evaluation process and make recommendations to improve the speed and efficiency of the awards given to Anti-terrorism technologies; implement recommendations approved by the program manager.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BS and 5+ years of relevant experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree).
  • Active Interim Secret Clearance to start.
  • Able to obtain and maintain Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship before starting

Desired:

  • Experience in a Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) environment


Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
