SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of products and services through effective quality assurance practices.
Work is performed on-site 3+ days per week in Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and Implement QA Standards: Establish and enforce quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
· Quality Assurance Surveillance: Lead the execution of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) to monitor contract performance, track Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
· Deliverable Review & Process Improvement: Conduct rigorous assessments of client deliverables, providing constructive feedback and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
· Experience with ITSM frameworks and tools, including incident, problem, and change management. Ability to align IT services with business needs and ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
· Proficiency in analyzing incident and request data to identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues. Ability to develop and present actionable recommendations to reduce incident volume, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Develop and deliver training materials focused on IT processes and Q&A requirements. Experience conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure understanding and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
· Issue Identification & Resolution: Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to maintain high standards of service delivery.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments to implement quality improvements and maintain documentation.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize quality measurement tools to collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
· Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, corrective actions, and compliance reports while facilitating ongoing process optimization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
· Experience: Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in an IT-related field.
· Technical Expertise: Familiarity with quality measurement tools, inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality control methodologies.
· Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify root causes, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process improvements.
· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings, document quality issues, and engage stakeholders effectively.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing deliverables and assessing compliance with standards.
· Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
· Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to collaborate across teams, multitask, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
