SAIC is seeking a Resource Manager to perform staffing-related activities for a large program. The successful candidate leads all the staffing and recruiting efforts and goals working closely with SAIC and teaming partners' talent acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain staffing information including authorized contract positions, job requisitions, resumes, interview results.

Serve as the Point of Contact regarding all program vacancies.

Work with the PM, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Financial staff and other team members to ensure that all billets are tracked from open to close.

Ensure all personnel and their billets are correctly mapped to a position in the program with a job requisition and tracked accordingly.

Collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team and subcontractors.

Produce staffing-related reports and statistics.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required
- Bachelor's degree and one-year related work experience
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- Strong experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience executing staffing and requirements actions for a program
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Experience working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with constant interruptions and prioritize important tasks
Desired:
- Experience staffing federal contracts within the cleared government contracting environment
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
