Description
- Technical expert in HSI-related efforts as they relate to the ICBM environment.
- Support to the Systems Engineering (SE) domain.
- Conducts user needs analysis, task flow analysis, interface design, usability testing and statistical data analysis.
- Involved in both the technical and program management efforts that provide integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of human performance requirements, concepts, and resources.
- Develops human factors design, testing and applied research for ICBM products and services, including user/task: flow analysis, process modeling and interface design.
- Review prime contractor technical documentation, specifications, and design drawings.
- Participation in technical reviews and providing sound advice/suggestions within this field to the Government customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or technical (Physics, Mathematics) and 3+ years related experience or a Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have a Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret.
- Proven experience in systems engineering and defense systems.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, methods, and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
