SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst for a future program. Work will be performed on site in Bremerton, WA, with flexibility to work at home some days of the week.
The Senior Program Control Analyst will support the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Program. This is a unique opportunity for those passionate about advancing the U.S. Navy's critical maintenance and operational capabilities. At the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, you will excel in a dynamic environment, supporting national security needs and contributing to advancements in digital networking technologies, disaster recovery operations, encryption, and comprehensive IT infrastructure (ITIL). Additionally, you'll play a key role in refining engineering solutions, enhancing cloud-based infrastructure services, and developing new tools and processes to further the US Navy's operational effectiveness.
This position is contingent upon award, anticipated announcement in Fall 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial and scheduling aspects of complex programs using tools like Earned Value Management (EVM) and Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs).
- Develop and manage program budgets, track expenses, and forecast financial performance.
- Create and maintain cost/schedule baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed schedules.
- Conduct variance analyses and provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contracts, and senior technical personnel to ensure alignment with organizational goals and contractual requirements.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program control activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of program control analysts, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving program objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of experience, or additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
- Extensive experience in planning, tracking analysis, and reporting on projects of varying contract types, sizes, complexities, and risk levels.
- Proficiency in developing and managing program budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting financial performance using tools like Earned Value Management (EVM) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Skilled in financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Strong ability to create detailed schedules, monitor project progress, and identify potential risks.
- Expertise in aligning, tracking, and billing funds in alignment with approved distributions.
- Capability to lead and mentor junior personnel, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving program objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Familiarity with implementing transition-in and transition-out plans to ensure minimal service disruption and seamless transitions.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
