SAIC is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest quality standards for shipboard C5ISR systems by developing and implementing comprehensive QA processes and audits for the new ship construction USCG Polar Security Cutter(PSC).

Work is performed on site in Pascagoula, MS.

This position is contingent upon award news, expected in Fall/Winter 2025.

Duties:
- Develop and implement QA processes and standards for shipboard C5ISR systems
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements
- Coordinate with Bollinger, USCG stakeholders and OEM vendors to resolve quality and safety issues
- Ensure implementation of human performance, safety, and usability requirements
- Document and report quality assurance findings and recommendations
- Support Technical Critical Design Review (TCDR), including reviewing overall system architecture, final network architecture design, cyber security design, and other critical elements of the new construction PSC C5ISR suite

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related field
- Five (5) years of extensive knowledge of shipboard C5ISR systems and architecture
- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
- Strong analytical skills for audits and reviews
- Understanding of shipboard C5ISR systems and their requirements
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in documenting and reporting quality assurance findings
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System as a Lead Auditor
- QA Experience supporting projects in a Shipyard environment

Required Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance

Required Certifications:
- Cybersecurity Workforce Level II – Security+ certification or CISSP or equivalent

Travel:
- Must be willing to travel at least once a month to customer location(s)

Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on a Firm Fixed Priced contract
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- TS/SCI eligible
