SAIC is seeking a Senior Technical Services Analyst to join their team in Indianapolis, IN.
The Senior Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement programs/processes to establish and maintain quality standards of products and services
- Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems to design engineering.
- Develop programs to focus employees on quality improvement
- Develop policies, procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and recommend improvements
- Support engineering, business process improvement, procurement etc
- Be able to apply extensive technical expertise
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet quality objectives
- Provide guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies
- Establish and recommend changes to policies, which affect subordinate organization(s)
- Develop technical solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Required Clearance:
- No required clearance; US Citizenship required
Required Skills:
- Excellent technical, analytical, and engineering qualifications with outstanding customer service skills
- Experience with document control, technical documentation, blueprints & schematics
Problem Identification & Resolution
- Background in quality, engineering, aerospace, or military specifications is preferred
