SAIC is seeking a Staff Action Analyst to support the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA)/International Engagement Directorate (IED).
This is full-time on-site at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
Duties/Responsibilities to include:
· Directly supports DTSA/IED operations executing security cooperation and technology security missions on-site in the Mark Center.
· Provides professional and analytic deliverables and insights in support of technical, managerial, procedural, and project tasks.
· Supports office operations in various workstreams to improve office products.

Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in defense sector, security cooperation and/or technology security policy.
· Demonstrated ability to research, organize, write, and edit staff packages for senior DoD officials.
· Comfortable with communicating clearly with senior officials and senior staff, taking direction and following through on actions.
· Experience working with international portfolios.
· Ability to interact with foreign partners.
· Basic understanding of national security policies.
· Experience supporting DoD in developing policies and strategic campaign plan(s) and preparing packages for engaging senior Department and interagency decision-makers.
· Capable of coordinating with intra-Departmental and interagency counterparts to advance DTSA's mission with respect to technology security and foreign technology release issues.
· Proven problem-solving skills on time-sensitive duties and to take initiative on independent work as appropriate.
· Familiarity with the DoD organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to prioritize tasks through strong organizational skills.
· Ability to adapt to dynamic policy issues and work dynamics.
· Committed to exceptional client service and professionalism while working at the client site.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and common office software applications.
· Ability to provide on-site support in the Mark Center.
