SAIC is seeking a Stock Clerk to join our team in Hanahan, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and quality of delivered goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, preparing and labeling components for kitting processes.
- Assemble kits for production integration, ensuring all necessary components are included and accurately organized.
- Organize kit assemblies for shipping, including kitting material such as hardware, metal tools, and consumables, per schematics.
- Box and package various materials for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for efficient and accurate delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, reporting variances, and assisting in the resolution of inventory issues.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Word and Excel in particular).
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse experience.
