SAIC is seeking incumbents to support JEMS (Join Embedded Messaging System) and support the full range of services to SMDC's mission based out of Huntsville, Alabama.
The work is to be performed at SAIC Huntsville.
The roles range from the acquisition, development, and testing support for JEMS to providing subject matter expertise and technical/operational support.
Addition responsibilities and roles for the roles:
Design, develop, and implement testing methods.
Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
Compile data and defines changes required in testing procedures or new testing requirements.
Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
Perform Systems Engineering activities related to Information Technology or Engineering.
Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Perform functional analysis, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software or engineering specifications.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
9–13 years of experience in field of systems engineering, systems integration, and/or test engineering.
Proven experience working in a contractor role supporting DoD or government agencies.
Bachelor's degree. Master's Preferable.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
A Secret Clearance will be required
