SAIC has an immediate opening for a Systems Integrator to support a key customer organization charged with executing an exciting and fast-paced mission.  The successful candidate will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Must have the ability to apply initiative to analyze, consult and help communicate/advise the customer and their workforce.  The SI must be able to learn quickly to become familiar with customer daily activities (e.g. mission, personnel, workflows and support systems) to help the worldwide workforce access mission applications and centralized knowledge content quickly.  The individual must be able to manage expectations and communication of information to the workforce. Also must possess the ability to support customer processes that enable capture of metrics/statistics to provide meaningful presentation of information to leadership and the workforce.

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience can be substituted
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to develop and implement business practices to support corporate decision-making
  • Ability to assess situations based on technical discussions and propose/capture solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to tactfully work with stakeholders to drive timely completion of mission-essential actions
  • Ability to understand technical information and customer nomenclatures to translate technical concepts/discussions into communication for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to research information, then apply that knowledge to solve problems and make recommendations
  • Ability to design/plan/coordinate meetings and events, document actions/notes, and help drive actions to closure
  • Ability to document and maintain version control for procedures and guides supporting customer workflows and/or systems used
  • Ability to learn and use customer-specific applications related to action items, IT system requests, secure messaging, and content management
  • Ability to understand general user issues and work with tier-level technical teams to investigate and resolve issues
  • Ability to capture and analyze trends on metrics/statistics using customer applications and systems
  • Ability to visualize, articulate and brief the customer on metrics
  • Proficiency with MS Office to support briefing development, documentation and metrics representation
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years' experience

Desired:

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with Tableau (design, publish and site administration)
