SAIC is seeking a Warfighter Integration Manager that will assist in identifying the requirements and needs of the USAF ABMS CBC2 customer and assist in planning and coordinating the execution of deliverables. This position is primarily remote with some travel required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Translates the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture. May include analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and may develop architecture baselines. Assists with and leads development of integration, migration plans/schedules. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites, and can oversee production of integrated systems. May support ISR and C4ISR programs/clients/systems. Supports business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee). 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Apply and/or develop highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts. Viewed as an expert in the field. Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.

PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Develops information, which extends knowledge in a given field. Information may form the basis of newly developed concepts, theories, and products.

FREEDOM TO ACT: Often acts independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. Plans RD programs and recommends technological application programs to accomplish long-range objectives. Work is reviewed only to the effectiveness of results obtained, typically requiring a long-term perspective. Virtually self-supervisory. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.

IMPACT: Designs research and develops highly advanced new applications resulting in new product/business opportunities for the company. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would have a long-term negative effect on organization's reputation and business posture.

LIASON: Serves as consultant to top management in long-range company planning concerning new or projected areas of technological research and advancements. Prime spokesperson on company's technical capabilities and future directions. Often instrumental in attracting and obtaining major new company business.

Qualifications

·    US Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI. 

·    Bachelors Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or other relevant technical field and Eighteen (18) years or more experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD and fifteen (15) years or more experience.

·    Experience with modeling, simulation, and mission analysis techniques and tools

·    Experienced at self-starting, seeking solutions, and works well in a team environment

·    Experience working in a virtual computing environment

·    Prior experience working JADC2 initiatives, or other System of Systems highly networked programs

·    Prior experience working on USAF rapid capability programs

·    Proficiency with one or more M&S tools to include: AFSIM, SEAS, ExtendSIM, JCATS, PlanX, STORM, iGrafix, Dagger, AWARS, STK, OneSAF, GIANT, IMOM, JCSS
Experience with M&S federation tools such as Joint Simulation Protocol Analyzer (JSPA), DIS-Filter, JLVC Analysis Workstation (JAWS), and Perspective

·    Familiarity with VMWare and the creation and use of virtual machines

Preferred:

-Experience in the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Leader.

-Strong understanding of the U.S. Air Force's requirements and needs in ABMS CBC2.  


Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
