JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager of CRM Activations plays a vital role in executing and coordinating CRM campaigns designed to drive sales, boost conversion rates, and enhance engagement within our professional customer base. This role focuses on streamlining data across multiple platforms, centralizing information to foster team collaboration and consistency. By effectively managing calendars and supporting daily CRM operations, the Assistant Manager helps fuel omni-channel growth and ensures seamless campaign execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role maintains a high standard of quality and brand alignment in all CRM activities. This position is perfect for a data-driven individual passionate about customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Assist in the development and launch of CRM marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other direct channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Analytics, eCommerce, Product Services) and 3rd-party vendors.
- Work with CRM Strategy and Analytics teams to support list pulls, segmentation strategies, and personalization tactics that improve campaign relevance.
- Monitor marketing trends and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improving CRM engagement and performance.
- Conduct campaign QA to ensure all assets meet brand standards and comply with privacy regulations.
- Assist with campaign setup and reporting in CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, Localytics, etc.
- Collaborate with Omni-Channel teams to track performance metrics and generate insights to inform future campaigns.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Help maintain a consistent, personalized customer experience by ensuring messages are targeted, relevant, and timely.
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, campaign operations, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-faceted campaign execution processes.
- Familiarity with CRM principles, best practices, and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields preferred
