A Day in the Life

As our Supply Chain Management Manager for SalonCentric in Canada, you will drive the strategy and execution of all supply chain operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring product availability for our professional customers and optimizing our entire logistics flow, from forecast to final delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Demand & Supply Planning: Lead the sales forecasting and S&OP processes to maintain optimal stock levels and direct the finished goods procurement process to meet demand.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with distribution and transport teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline our logistics network.
  • Performance Management: Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead optimization projects.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that support SalonCentric's growth and business objectives in Canada.
We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strategic vision and outstanding analytical skills, capable of leading complex projects in a dynamic environment. You are a natural, results-oriented leader who knows how to inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Educational Background: You hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demand Planning: You have solid experience in developing accurate sales forecasts and managing S&OP processes.
  • Supply Planning: You are proficient in supply planning and managing supplier relationships.
  • Business Analysis: You have the ability to analyze complex data to formulate relevant sales plans and strategies.
  • Project Management: You demonstrate strong skills in leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring targets are met.
