The Warehouse Administrator provides administrative and operational support for finished goods warehouse activities, ensuring accurate system records, effective coordination of transportation, and compliance with storage, dispatch, and documentation requirements. This role supports daily warehousing and distribution operations by maintaining data integrity, coordinating with internal and external partners, and resolving routine operational discrepancies.
What you'll do
- To handle RMPM & FG stores, accountability for inventory. Position will be responsible for smooth operation of RMPM & FG. Working in ORACLE system.
- Co-ordination with Purchase departments for ensuring availability of raw materials & ingredients on time for satisfactory production & sharing tentative plans with them in advance.
- Receiving material from production, storage, shifting the product at outside warehouse and loading the vehicle, making challans, housekeeping , stock accountability & physical verification
- To review the RM-PM requirement & daily plan.
- Call with major customers to discuss planning & compliance. Meeting with customer's local representatives. Regular follow-up for timely dispatch of Finished Goods & keep inventory in control.
- Support co-packing and repacking activities carried out by external warehouses, including coordination and documentation
- Participate in inventory activities, including preparation, counting support, and reconciliation
- Handle non-standard situations related to product dispatch, returns, and scrapping in coordination with relevant partners
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent vocational or technical education; a Management degree will be an added advantage.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or finished goods administration
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems or ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent
- Proficiency with standard computer tools including Windows-based applications and email systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, data accuracy, and multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal partners and external service providers
- Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work with the ability to operate independently within defined procedures
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing operational needs
