The Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator role is a hybrid role that will combine administrative functions as well as EHS technical knowledge. In this role, you will use creative problem solving, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within the organization. You will be expected to streamline and continuously improve programs and processes already in place.

This position will be a hybrid role based out of our home office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. 3 days a week will be spent in the office, with the opportunity to work from home the other days.

What you'll do:

  • Tracks and measures Schreiber EH&S performance and engage in a hands-on role to create and implement plans to improve performance.
  • Help conduct and document US Based Compliance Audits & Process Safety Management programs as required by regulatory requirements
  • Lead Implementation of Environmental & Safety Document Control
  • Manage Global Sustainability Metrics
  • Coordinate US based EHS Master Schedule (Annual regulatory, workshops, training, compliance items)
  • Assist with the execution of EH&S contracts (NFPA, Basic Safe, MSDS, etc) and administrative support
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned

What you need to succeed:

  • Associates degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Current knowledge or the ability to learn specialized computer applications specific to EH&S (Basic Safe, PHA Pro, etc)
  • Travel up to 25%
