Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.
• Train and coach team members to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company policies, and government regulations.
• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, particularly in the food industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a process cheese plant or similar food production environment.
• Certification in food safety or related field.
